McDonald's to give free breakfast to students before PASS test

The 47 McDonald’s restaurants in the greater Columbia metropolitan area will serve students taking the South Carolina Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (PASS) Test with a free breakfast on May 7, 2013.  

The free breakfast will include an Egg McMuffin and Apple Slices, with a choice of one percent low fat white Milk or a small Orange Juice.  

To redeem the free breakfast, students must present the attached coupon.

The coupon is good from 6 to 7 a.m. in store only.

Only eleven weeks after the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America has decided to hold a rally at the SC Statehouse in Columbia on March 2nd at 10:30 a.m.

The peaceful rally will allow parents and other supporters across the state to reach out to SC legislators about demanding more gun regulation in order to prevent gun violence.

Amazon Fulfillment in Columbia announced a donation of more than $20,000 in grants and Kindle devices to military support organization across the Midlands of South Carolina on Monday.

This is a part of Amazon’s continuing national commitment to members of the United States military and their families.
