Felton Laboratory School hosts its 2012 Spring Extravaganza | Events
Felton Laboratory School, a public elementary school located on the campus of SC State University (SC State) will host its 2012 Spring Extravaganza. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Faculty, staff and the Orangeburg community are encouraged to come join the fun. The event is free and open to the public.
During the 2012 Spring Extravaganza, attendees will have the opportunity to tour Felton, be exposed to the curriculum for each grade level and explore the newly renovated SMART classrooms. Felton Laboratory School students’ will be involved, as they will be conducting musical and art workshops. All participants will also enjoy a spaghetti dinner after the performances.
“The objective of the 2012 Spring Extravaganza at Felton Laboratory School is to share with stakeholders the awesome accomplishments of our students and teachers, and to ‘show-off’ the recent renovations. The Extravaganza will also assist Felton with promoting our competitive program in hopes of increasing enrollment,” says Dr. Gloria Winkler, director of Felton Laboratory School.
