Sheriff: Two 14-year-old girls admit to carjacking

Two 14-year-old girls pleaded guilty in Family Court Thursday to Sunday’s carjacking at Ashley and Mingo Streets, according to sheriff's deputies.

According to the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office, the 21-year-old victim did not know the two girls prior to the incident.
